    This buyer was trying to extort money and is weaponizing feedback. Their item was sent in one business day. (How can someone even take a package to Fed Ex after its closed?!). I offer free ground shipping and it was delivered in an expected time frame. We provided everything promised to them. This item sold within a day of listing it.
