Item purchased was different than what was shipped. Seller did not ship correct part, and after awhile sent refund without apology. Now I'm stuck looking for this unusual part all over again. Said that it was a shipping error (two packages each sent to incorrect recipient) yet never asked for what they shipped me back.
Hard to find part which seller had a ridiculously high price for a used stove knob and then never shipped it.... Giant waste of time working with this seller.
