    A book for garlic lovers!

    Great book. I have bought one for myself and two as gifts. If you love garlic, this is for you. Be sure to try the Bagna Calda and the garlic croutons. Yum!! You will also learn a thing or 3 about garlic as side notes. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is because they have a couple of recipes that few people would be willing to make, such as rabbit. Eww.

    It is a stinking interesting book!

    This is a very interesting and informational cookbook. It has a lot of information about garlic and some really good looking recipes.

    Gotta Love Garlic

    Not a lot of recipes but really good ones. If you don't love garlic then don't buy this cookbook. Like my title says, Gotta Love Garlic !!!
