We thought that we’d have to buy another monitor when ours suddenly stopped working so it was great to know that it could be fixed. You need to allow a bit of time for it to be posted and received (both ends) but this can’t be helped and all in all I was delighted with the service. It would be good to know what the problem was but I guess that doesn’t really matter now! Thank you so much for your help :-)
