Knowledge Adventure moves from mental exercise to physical exercise as its long-running JumpStart series takes a Wii Fit-esque turn in JumpStart Get Moving Family Fitness: Sports Edition. Hosted by celebrity Brooke Burke, the game is intended to get families active and off the couch by offering 18 different sports activities that incorporate the Wii Remote, Nunchuk, and Wii Balance Board. Gamers can play alone or join up to three friends and family members as they take on Basketball, Baseball, Speed Skating, and Volleyball, among many other athletic endeavors. Players can unlock new items as they advance through the mini-games and fitness challenges, and the game keeps track of each user's progress and level of fitness.

    Family Fitness

    This is a fun way to get moving when you really can't afford to go out and exercise. The graphics are fun, the music is toe tapping so that you have a beat to walk along. The system is designed to keep you occupied without getting bored. As you watch the screen it makes you feel as if you are really walking in a park. Sometimes, you actually forget that you are exercising because you are just having fun. The games are such that the whole family can play along with you. Kids just love it.

    Worth it for the younger family members.

    Love the levels. "Easy" allows our 5 year old to do most of the games with ease. Even with nunchuck and controller, it's not too hard for all members to play and have fun. We've had several "E for everyone" games that aren't this easy to use.

    Putting the Fun back into working out

    I love this game. My son gets to exercise and it is fun. Don't let the fact that it's kid friendly fool you. I work out with him and get an excellent workout. I am just starting back on getting into shape and I have found this to be one of the best way to include exercise, my son and the ease of doing it at home. No more trying to get to the gym, no more fighting with my son to get more active, no more dreading my daily workouts. The best of both worlds, fitness and video gaming. LOVE IT!!
