I ordered this on April 17th to be a birthday present for my husband, 4/25. It was supposed to arrive on 4/22. But the package bounced around through the postal service for three weeks. I did contact the seller a couple of times. The item finally arrived today 5/9. Even though the package bounced around it arrived intact. The seller made sure the package was packed well & marked fragile. My experience was okay with this seller but would strongly advise him to utilize other means of delivery
