cher is the messiah.
I admire Cher and personally find her one of the most attractive people on this planet. When I saw this book, I knew I had to have it. She gives me a motivational talk in every paragraph. I tend to skip over the other author but it's a great read regardless. After I watched a few interviews of hers, I realized I liked her approach to fitness and diet. This book is a must have and for the price, you can't beat this deal. Timeless Advice from a Timeless Lady!
I took this out from my local library years ago on a whim. I do not read celeb fitness books, but from Cher I am willing to take advice! I think this is a no nonsense approach to fitness. I had to order a copy! Timeless. I loved reading about her journey and found this to be an overall fun book to study. I have to admit though, Cher is my beauty icon....just saying!
