On the item listing it says the keyboard is used, however mine looks basically brand new except for some very small scratches on the inside of the dip switch panel. The keyboard did not come with batteries included (which is fine for a used item). Everything functions correctly, and the keyboard is genuine.

Item arrived properly sealed in original packaging. clean with no traces of use and no visible scuffs I could find. Could have fooled me as new 👍. See images for the condition it arrived at. The item itself was missing batteries. Since it uses disposable batteries this wasn't an issue at all. However, I'm pretty sure the new product is sold with batteries included. Product itself as described. attached some images. dog not included

I was expecting my delivery between 6-9th of October and it arrived this morning 27th Sept. The packaging is 1st class and the goods were well protected. The OEM Kawasaki rearview mirrors I purchased are in perfect condition and will add the finishing touch to my 51 year old bike restoration project. Great price, great service. Definitely recommend Spice - Japan
