    Fun workout to move side to side. And feels like I’m on a skateboard.

    It is a nice new equipment for myself to use as an 18th Workout Routine for myself. I am ambitious as I workout. I have my personal home gym with all my personal gears and equipments. I do up to three or four workout routines in a day. Last Wednesday, my very first time trying this with the Simply Fit Board Mat I have, I worked out for one hour. And guess what. With my two pedometers I have because I am an ambidextrous ; both handed, I burned 1,068 calories. With how I was able to move myself for an hour, I had an amount of 74 Zone Minutes. And guess what, my pedometer said I had a 50% of fat burn. Doesn’t that sound like I was really moving myself?

    Yikes - it's flimsy and sounds like it wants to break

    Arrived quickly, scratched on the bottom as if it had been previously used, but aesthetics aside, gave it a try. Had read that the product is rated to support up to 400#. I'm half that, and yet found it to be quite flimsy and NOT sturdy at all. Worried that it might break, read umpteen reviews all over the internet that indicate cracks and breaks are common. This is not a reflection on the shipper, but sorely disappointed in the company itself, Simply Fit, that makes false claims about the weight limit. Was so looking forward to using this, but not worth the risk of fractured or broken bones.

    Lori Greiner Simply Fit Balance Exercise Board -orange

    Written and reviewed a USED product that was the branded product and I love it. Aprox 190 lbs and 5’4”. I like the idea of having a mat underneath it to reduce it moving all over the carpet while in use. A mat was made for the product and it would be a good complement as well as work out dvd’s to add variation. The product is very sturdy and it does support my weight of 190. Mid 50s using it to get back into my pre-pregnancy shape. Was a fit person in the past and have an L3 injury that gets aggravated when twisting. Surprise! This did not aggravate it, toned my midsection and is miraculously…working! I found one in a thrift store and it is a great product that I understand why Lori put her name behind it.     Review Of Simply Fit Board

    I'm still learning how to balance myself on it, in order to use it. However, I'm doing better with it and after a very few minutes, I can feel it tighten up my entire midsection, which is exactly what I need it to do. I know it will reduce my waistline, as well. These are my problem areas.

    Still love it!

    This is a replacement board for one that cracked after a few years. Still love the product and was very pleased with this one. Easily fits under bed when not in use. I would strongly recommend it as an affordable, supplemental workout tool.
