I am upset because she listed the item as “New” when clearly upon receiving my Michael Kors backpack it had visible signs of use, such as orange stains on the interior and scratches on the hardware. The seller said she would accept a return (but I went on an International trip early the morning after receiving my item) and that doesn’t make up for the deception that I experienced. I had always had positive experiences on EBay until this happened so I just wanted to make other buyers aware. :(
