The item was shipped in a timely manner and packed with extreme care. The item was as described and appeared to be in excellent condition. However, in spite of the careful attention by the seller, the shipper mishandled the item and it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller immediately and they were very quick to respond and resolve the matter.

Seller was very responsive, reasonable, and willing to negotiate. The item arrived much sooner than expected with more detail given to product care and packaging then many professional auction houses I deal with. I was disappointed one of the items I believed we had agreed upon sold before we finalized details. As a small business owner myself I think I would have told the second interested party the item had sold and I hadn’t had time to end the auction. I may be bias. Would recommend A+ seller
