Best exercise game on the Wii.
This is the only exercise game I know of where you can play with a Wiimote in each hand for motion tracking. You can also play with two people if you have 4 Wiimotes. Right before each exercise in the Excercises mode, you have the option to change how many players/Wiimotes you're using. Graphics aren't what this game was for. Best game to use for tracking your moves.

This is a good fun workout
I have really enjoyed this game. It has different sections in the game: Boxing; Aerobics; Karate; Hip Hop; Yoga and Stretching; etc. Each section starts out with short routines unlocked - as you work out you unlock longer routines. Some of the longer routine are 30 minutes plus. These really do give you a good workout. These longer workouts are one of the thigs I really like about the game. It also has a feature of putting together custom workouts. I have set some up where I start out with a short yoga or stretching routine - then a longer boxing segment - then end with a shorter low impact selection as a cool down. It seems to work quite well. One thing it doesn't have that I wish it did is a real step routine using the balance board. It does have a couple of step routines, but ... I have really enjoyed this game. I didn't think originally I would care for the Hip Hop, but the workouts it that section are quite good. The game also has a few party games - they are ok, but not my favorite part and in a couple of them I have a very hard time getting the game to register my moves. After you do a workout there is a travel around the world part. This is frustratng at first because after each short routine you do this. However, it does get better as you unlock longer routines or put together custome ones. On a custom one you don't do this until after you complete the routine. This walk gives you interesting tidbits of info about different stops you make - the problem is after you've completed a couple of trips you get repeat info. Basically, this is a good exercise game for the wii. It is simple, fun, and a good workout.

One of the better Exercise Games
I have had this game for four+ years. Bought this one on eBay for my daughter. I like that it allows you to create your own workout routine from a lot of different types of exercises.

Oldie but Goodie
I just love this for exercise. It has such versitility that I can't help going back to it. I even sold my copy 2 years ago after getting bored with it and found myself missing it so I bought it again! Has everything from aerobics to martial art workouts.

I haven't had this much fun working out at all!
I wanted to lose a lil weight so I brought Exerbeat from eBay because my local stores didnt carry it yet, and not really knowing what to expect , once it arrived at my home in like 3 days, I popped it in an was having do much fun exercising. Who knew that it would also be a stress reliever!
