    Came as pictured.

    Good quality and fair price, came with preload tool but no instructions on how to adjust preload on the shocks. No instructions available from the manufacturer VIA the internet causing delays on getting them installed. I do recommend them if you have patience to install them.

    Too early to tell

    So far the shocks themselves are okay. But one wouldn't stay in its can n the snap rings popped out twice off the jack. So I took them out of their nice shiny chrome cans n put them into my beat up black ones that I just took off. Besides that they are shocks n are holding up in spite of having been doctored up. It's just under a month since I changed them

    seem to do the job...2 road tests and working great...seems built a little sturdier than stock-and of course chrome is nice

    Squeaks like a rusty tombone.

    Worked as designed for about a month. Then they started squeaking like a rusty trombone on every bounce. The dust covers on both shocks were blown out. I tried some WD40 and pushed the dust covers back in with no results. I now have to pay for new shocks and install. Do yourself a favor and get better shocks then these cheap imports.

    Better than I expected

    The quality and the finish of the Chrome Was a nice value. After installation I rode my Harley softtail Deluxe, I was impressed how good it took the road bumps and minor pot hole along the curves. The more I rode my bike the more confident I felt, I made a good decision I'm buying this product.
