Seller explained its because its the european version, he did offer a partial refund. I then proceeded to get it up and running which is a massive task and yet it didnt work. So i asked to retruned to seller. Which the return address is internationl in italy. He wanted me to pay i said no the product isnt as described. So he paid i tgen waited 2 weeks for the seller to then refuse to accept the package back.
