one box was scratched up the other one had the brass on it screwed up and, in the photo, the do not show the brass the first one i got did not have it and i had to take the brass of as it was not letting the box close not a big deal as i am using them to keep my pocket watches safe for travel or shipping

This Seller failed to send the entire eBay Order of one pocket watch and one wooden case to fit the pocket watch. I ONLY RECEIVED THE POCKET WATCH! I notified this Seller repeatedly, and the Seller acknowledged not sending the wooden case, AND PROMISED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEND THE WOODEN CASE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE MY EBAY ORDER. I have WAITED FOR OVER TWO MONTHS, BUT THE SELLER OBVIOUSLY NEVER MEANT TO HONOR THEIR PROMISE, BECAUSE THEY NEVER SENT THE MISSING WOODEN CASE TO ME, AFTER OVER 2 MONTHS!!
