    quality average , features good

    the guides that hold the toast on the far left slot does not open and the toaster is calibrated to give fairly dark toast even at the lowest setting . it does function ok and i am willing to live with the problems mainly because of the toasters price was good and returning an item is far too time consuming to be worth the hassle.

    it toasts but....

    toasts unevenly and the shade adjustment is imprecise for a Kitchenaid product. My last Kitchenaid toaster was great. Would not purchase refurbished again.
