Greg was so helpful during the buying process and answered my questions right away. I wasn’t sure how to assemble the handles and he gave me very clear instructions and even made photos just for me. The item arrived in perfect condition and he thoughtfully packsged it to prevent damage during shipping. It arrived by FedEx on time and required minimal assembling.
