04 forester xt
I recently purchased a perrin turbo inlet for my 04 forester xt. It says you can install without taking the intake off to save time but it would have saved me a lot of cussing and probably time. It was a super tight fit on this model and the back vacuum line hole is not totally out from under the intake. so I used a hose clamp on all my fitting just to make sure I didn't have a vacuum leak. There is a little bit of an issue with the power steering hose also. It is flush against the inlet and I actually had to remove it (power steering feed line) to get the inlet to go in. finish is great and it is definitely durable from all the prying I had to do to get it in. I had done this same inlet on my 05 legacy gt and it was a lot easier but the intake manifold on it was plastic and may have been ... I recently purchased a perrin turbo inlet for my 04 forester xt.
