This listing was deceptive to represent a brand new car that was not damaged. It arrived broken and was told it came that way from the manufacturer, so he isn't responsible. I don't care how it got damaged, the bottom line is that you can't sell a broken car when you represented it as new. This seller fought my refund request until the very end and I am thankful that the eBay's buyer protection is legit. This is the 1st time in 24 years of buying on eBay that I have had a dispute go that far.
