The item title and item description was missing some pretty important key words, and I ended up overpaying for a product I didn't want. In fairness, the picture was accurate.
The item was in good shape. The seller was good about communication, and was willing to work with me to find a compromise over my issue. I would have appreciated the opportunity to complete a return over the discrepancy regardless of policy, but I am grateful that we could compromise.
