I purchased what was told to be a brand new printer. When I received it, it appeared to be brand new. But it immediately jammed, and when I called HP for assistance, it said that the warranty had expired the month previous me purchasing it. They told me I was dubbed. It appears I have been. The seller sent me a return slip so I sent it back and I have never received my money back. Horrible. Do not buy from the seller.

    Don't buy this item

    Poorly made, needed several software updates for the keyboard to start working. Octionaly the keyboard doesn't work and needs to be switch off and then on to start working.
