Unhappy with my purchase. I waited 10 days and items still havent shipped with no update from the seller until I finally contacted them on day 11. The day after I contacted them, tracking magically updated and seller responded that it was held up at the usps origin facility. How convenient. Items took 14 days to arrive in the US. My cards from Japan came faster than this. And to top it off, one of the cards came with a print line even though advertised as nm-mint condition. Would not recommend.

This is incorrect. I printed the label and delivered to the post office the business day following your purchase, as I do with all of my sold items. Whatever USPS does with the envelope after that is beyond my control. Yes, it took 10 days for the envelope to receive an update after being shipped. Welcome to eBay Standard Envelope service. A card with a print line as miniscule as that is still considered near mint by all standards. Zero awareness as a buyer.

You should probably stop posting pictures of cards that dont have print lines on them and then sending different cards with print lines to your buyers. It is misleading. Recent reviews from your store also had the same complaint. Clearly you're the one that doesn't know what nm-mint condition means. Also, the postmark date on the envelope I received does not support your response.
