I love everything about this! And why not? If you're a Penguins fan you will too! What makes this DVD so very special is the way it's all put together. There's so much here to consider riding on the Penguin's 2008-09 season and rematch with the Detroit Red Wings for the Stanley Cup. Just making it through the playoffs to get a 2nd chance for revenge against Detroit is amazing in its self. You'll hear the whole story from the people who made it happen to the media who helped to cover thee whole event. It's very intense and exciting to watch, no matter how many times you've seen it. This truly ranks as one of the greatest Stanley Cup series games to go to a 7th game finish. A must have keepsake for every Penguins fan. SSSI love everything about this! And why not? Loved it! Awesome DVD! Being a die hard Pens fan, of course I would love more behind the scenes or interviews, but there are still plenty on here. It documents the regular season at a glance, hitting highlights and lowlights and then goes into the playoffs round by round. It almost goes game by game in the playoffs, and probably only misses commenting on a couple, obviously spending the most time on the Stanley Cup round with the Wings, although the Caps got quite a bit too. I had read another review for this on another website and they claimed the filming was poor, but I sure wouldn't agree with that. I watched it in HD and thought it was AMAZING!!!! If you are a Pens fan, then this is a must, period. If you are a NHL fan, then this is what it's all about!Loved it! Awesome DVD! Well done! The highlights were awesome on their own, however, what made it great was the interviews, sound bites and close ups. Being a long-time Penguin fan, I also appreciated hearing the Mike Lange sound bites. Every Penguin fan will enjoy this DVD! I hope to get the chance to review another next year!

I love the fact that DVD was shipped as soon as possible!! I decided to buy it because I attened that game 7 and I did see myself on the DVD! The DVD had just recently been put on storeshelves hwne it arrived at my door step and I enjoyed watching it without the hassell of travelling to urban centre to buy a copy. The closest place would be Sudbury, Ontario which is 2 hours away from where I live!I love the fact that DVD was shipped as soon as possible!! I decided to buy it because I attened that game 7 and I did see myself on the DVD! All and all a good recap
The only thing i wish it had is the complete games of the finals. Though this does seem a bit unreasonable, having attended game four of the finals, i was looking to remember the energy that was in and around the stadium during the game. With the short clips of the highlights it was difficult to get that feel. All in all, it is a great comprehensive recap of the entire season, and provides some great otherwise unseen interviews of a lot of players. Would have liked to have seen more of the of season parties, etc. etc.The only thing i wish it had is the complete games of the finals.
