    Item arrived damaged as the box was not large enough to be padded properly. I reached out to the seller & they left it up to me to deal with the post office which has never been the case when I have received damaged items in the past. I was ready to be easy going but the end of the sellers first message was "its not really broken since its only cracked". Very disappointed as the crack makes the item useless. The fact they couldn't be bothered to take care of the situation was not acceptable.
