Wheelchair was obviously dropped and demolished in transit by UPS, evidenced by crushed box. (There has been unreasonable delay by UPS, although I complied with all their requests.) The item was listed for $400, but my CC was charged over $613. I was credited back all but $400. I have contacted the seller, who seemed to be acting in good faith. However, I still have not received full credit for the returned item.
