I thought it was the actual Gup-x toy not the DVD cartoon. I told seller I’d pay for return costs but they refused to allow me to return it. I accept my responsibility of not realizing it wasn’t the toy but the headline description did not say DVD. It would have been appreciated if we could have amicably work things out.

DVD was stated 3 times in the listing, including the pictures. I have free returns, so I have no idea what this buyer is talking about for them having to pay for returns, even if that would be logically the right thing to have happen. They wanted a full refund and to keep the DVD, which I said no to.
