Price was so good, I had to take a chance. This seller is using Fake Topyou tracking numbers that just stop updating after awhile. It takes about 3-4 weeks for me, personally, to get packages from China based on my previous purchases from China. I waited for over 5 weeks for this, and nothing. So I escalated an 'item not received case' (over the phone, as eBay's web based system wouldn't let me open a case till a whole extra month) to get my money back and eBay stepped in.
