Dead to Rights: Retribution returns players to the role of Jack Slate for violent, high-velocity "gun-fu" combat against overwhelming odds. The first in the series to be designed for high-definition consoles, Retribution is a reimagining of the 2002 Xbox original, featuring the same basic characters and settings, but offering many new combat abilities and some new twists on the rebellious cop storyline. The ideological hero's unwillingness to compromise makes him a lone wolf in the corrupt Grant City. Central to the play of the game is Jack's ability to fight against multiple enemies at once, using both his superior hand-to-hand combat skills and his super-accurate shooting skills, in battles that play out as in a Hong Kong action movie. Following the lead of earlier games, Retribution is designed to allow players to approach each situation as they choose, switching between crushing combat blows, agile disarming abilities, and two-fisted shooting, as they progress through each chapter. As in the previous generation's original two Dead to Rights games, Jack is accompanied by Shadow, a trained police dog and truly trustworthy ally, who helps in combat as well as in puzzle-solving. In some scenarios, players take direct control of the dog, while Jack is busy or incapacitated.

    A decent game that's enjoyable.

    The game is by means a title that is going to blow you out of the water, but it is a decent and fun play. I mean like just sit down and enjoy and have some good times. Collect some achievements.

    I Think dead to rights is a great game especially if you are into the shooters like max payne or stranglehold its alot of fun and very detailed i love the tactics i love how you can command shadow(Your Dog)i love the 1 on 1 Fighting and i think the storyline is amazeing (Police Officer) I can honestly say that given the fact that the 2 games i mentioned above arent a continuous ongoing sequal release that puts me in a state of mind where a great game like this should be concidered as a replayable. i guess my 1 dislike is that the game has an ending. i bought it because its very cool and its not everyday a game this cool is released. My Advise "BUY IT" "I BOUGHT MY NEW COPY FOR $21.00 AND A FRIEND BOUGHT IT FOR $20.50 "BRAND NEW" so there are great deals on Ebay...

    i'm playing it a lot..

    i bought this product because my friend told me it is a good game .. the olny purpose to buy it, it was because of him..i wanted to play with him this game. i bought it on october.. and i have just received it.. unfurtunately my firend has gone.. he passed away.... i'm very sad.. now he can't play with me anymore.. i miss him a lot...great game..... i loved it.... i'm playing it a lot..
