    Excellent

    I have not been totally happy with any of my previous purchases of Italian cookbooks, but Hazan's Italian cookbooks are right on the mark. Every dish I have cooked so far has been excellent and in my opinion on par with restaurants serving high-end Italian cuisine. Highly recommended.
