If you are a recent buyer, two hot tips: there is a YouTube video demonstrating installation (though not from the manufacturer), and the instructions leave out one important detail: the washer with the smaller inner diameter hole goes on the bottom, below the bearings (groove facing up). Top washer has the wider inner diameter, with grooves facing down. Enjoy!
