    Good

    If you are in your mid thirties and beyond, I recommend this for any perimenopause symptoms. I'm in my late 40s and have been taking things like black cohosh since I turned 40 to try and hopefully get ahead of any symptoms. So far, it seems to have worked.

    Definitely working,

    This seems to be working better than the other product they carry. This one is stronger and is helping with the amount of hot flashes daily. I am going for maybe 20 in a 24 hour period to maybe 5. I am 76 and have been having hot flashes for more years than I can remember. I have had gyn. drs. tell me to live with it since they will not prescribe hormones. So I would recommend at least trying the little purple and white pills and give it a few days to work. I just hope this continues. I will be a customer for a long time if it does.

    Feeling Normal Again

    My heart felt as if it was squeezing or contracting.

    Ambernen gave me heart flutters. It felt like my heart was squeezing and contracting in my chest after taking it for one week. Something I've never felt before. Really a weird feeling in my chest. I had to stop taking it. I'm wondering if anyone else had this symptom. Now I'm stuck with 3 boxes I paid a good price for. I can't take pictures since I use a flip phone and don't know how to transfer the pic to my computer.
