100% as advertised! The tire was almost brand new, and in the exact condition described by the seller. The seller shipped promptly and the tire was received when promised. The only glitch was with FedEx: I kept receiving all kinds of erroneous shipping updates. Originally FedEx notified me that the tire would get here on a Thursday, then 2 notifications later, they said Friday, then on Friday "your shipment is delayed to Monday," but it arrived Friday. FedEx has been unreliable for years.
