The 2nd one has a big split running down the back of it and the number orientation is different than the one in your listing picture. I've sent you emails, but you've chosen to ignore them, which forced me to open a claim through ebay to get my money back

Turn it. To have the number orientation like in the listing you have to turn the rack 90 degrees to the right. I've shipped in the neighborhood of 40,000 of this style rack over the years and the first broken rack was to the buyer who is for some reason angry (see our only other negative feedback). An amazing coincidence, to be sure, but you will receive a full refund per our policy.

It’s very well made and extremely affordable. This is the second item I purchased from Handy Tooling  and I would highly recommend their products. The other item I bought was a 5C color rack and it’s absolutely amazing. They fit the tools perfectly, and they are extremely affordable.
