I was a little disappointed but did not say anything to the seller, assuming that because they had perfect feedback, that this was just a glitch. First of all, if you ship Ground Advantage, charge that price. Second, if there is damage - in this case, several broken missing areas that were not obvious from the photos, then mention the problems. Hopefully this is a learning experience.
