I asked after purchasing (within seconds) what the shoulder measurements were & the seller refused to cancel my order after my realizing the sweater was not going to fit properly (missized by manufacturer, but not mentioned in listing).
I totally get that it is on me to feel confident about the fit prior to buying, but I was appalled that there was no consideration when I requested to cancel. Again - my responsibility, but the way the transaction was handled wasn’t appropriate.
