The unit I received appeared to be new and is in excellent condition. I'm using the ACE Pro as a second ACE for my Kobra S1 and using the K3 for printing TPU iPhone cases. This was an awesome deal - like getting an ACE Pro for 30% off with a free K3 thrown in.
