Received it and it had nothing but the unit with it. When contacting the seller they were rude and only offered half a refund after falsely advertising this product. It was refurbished. Stated that it didn’t have a leash. All wireless units are leash free. Upon receiving it the leash was actually the collar, which was not in the description. Because even in the title it was written that the product did not have a collar. It was clearly stated that the part was missing. There was no rude behavior in the communication. As a store, our sales for years and the comments we receive are obvious.

The health department looked at it and immediately put it in a special disposable bag declaring contamination. So, I am left without the item. The seller offered me a refund, but when it came through, the amount was less than half of what I paid. The seller said that the packing probably got infected by the party that he had purchased it from. So, I am left without the item and only get a partial refund. Disappointed.
