I am a collector. This was a sealed item. After purchase I contacted the vendor and mntioned packaging is important as I don't want it damaged. It was then packaged in a bubblewrap letter sleeve, which was just big enough for the box to fit in. It's not surprising then, that at the corner not only the seal was damaged, but also the product itself, which drastically reduces it's value for a collector and could easily have been avoided with better packaging. It's no longer "new" but got heavy wear

Item is priced at $14 Free shipping. I strive to balance secure packaging cost-effectiveness, for lower-priced items. The packaging chosen was intended to protect the item while keeping shipping free. However, the request for what was considered an excessive amount of packaging, followed by demand for a partial refund, was beyond the scope of what was reasonable yes he collects $14 items a result of this situation I made the difficult decision block and ban this account from future transactions.

    A better time switch.

    The main feature of this clock switch is that it is made with 15 minute time intervals which are able to be set for many on / off times throughout the day. Other clock switches allow only one on / off choice per day whereas this type offers 96. The clock keeps excellent time and is grounded... it's rated at a 12 amp load which means a heavy draw item can be controlled by it. I have 8 of these automating all sorts of electrical contraptions in my house. I swear by 'em.

    Works pretty well and easy to set

    This is a mechanical timer, and what that means is as soon as you you plug it and set the time on it (by turning the white ring) the clock runs. Then the swithc clicks on the power, at the time and duration you set it. You tell it when and for how long you want the power on to your device, by pushing down the tiny black switches on the outer ring. It will power on for a minimum of 15 minute increments (each switch you push down means the power will be on at least 15 minutes). It is easy to see at a glance, when and how long you have "power ON" time. I don't know if it's better or worse then a digital timer, since I've never owned one, only this kind. I just wanted a timer for trickle charging a stored car that was cheap and simple - and this is good for that purpose.
