I paid $38.99 for a pre-owned sweater. It arrived felted by overwashing in a machine, covered in pilling & misshapened. I returned it and 8 days after USPS says it was delivered to the front door, and I contacted seller twice for a refund, they still haven't done it and are giving different excuses. Don’t trust this seller! I will keep fighting for my refund for the trash they sent me, don’t put yourself in the same position!
