I could not give this seller a better rating than 5 stars. The joystick I ordered looks new but needed a longer cord. This seller immediately shipped out a new plug with brand new gel armrests for my father's wheelchair as a gift. The shipping to add this gift must have had to cost 3 times what he could have sent the cord. This seller is a class act to work with!
