The item came broken, most likely due to being shipped in an inappropriate box. I immediately let Sheila at GoodCause know and mentioned I think it may be fixable. I would just like to have a reduction in the cost for receiving the item broken. I felt it was a fair resolution. NO, I was given only one option to send the item back for a full refund I believe it's fixable - just give me a discount on the broken item. There is now to response from her. VERY POOR RESOLUTION
