We were out of town due to a family emergency and had an employee simply shipping We had a family emergency and were out of town. We see it was delivered on the morning of the 18th we sent you a photo in messages. This is the date you said is the latest it could be, we tried to accommodate and send it the very next day purchased with our employee the post office but it is severely understaffed where they took it.
