Wenn man 2 gleiche Artikel bestellt, dann soll man auch beide versenden und nicht nur 1 Teil. Hätte ich mich nicht gemeldet dann hätte der Verkäufer sich zu 100% nicht gemeldet, das der Lieferung nur 1 Artikel beiliegt anstatt der bestellten & bezahlten 2 Artikel. Und bei Reklamationen wäre eine schnellere Antwort & Nachlieferung schon schön anstatt jetzt fast 2 Wochen drauf warten zu müssen. Kundenservice ist mehr als verbesserungswürdig.
