Rubbadubbers: Swimmin' Good Fun!
This British TV show for toddlers should be better known in America. Brought to you by the creators of "Bob the Builder," Rubbadubbers features high quality animation, cute characters, and a great lesson in every story. The main characters are mostly bath toys (and one toy robot.) Their adventures take place entirely in their own imaginations, with scenes using mostly bath accessories for props. Each character has his or her own unique personality, and I enjoy watching the Rubbadubbers as much as my son does. The amazing thing to me is that this show is almost equally balanced between male and female characters, definitely a rarity in children's shows. Both boys and girls should find the adventures interesting, and it makes me very happy to see female characters portrayed in such a ... We highly recommend this show!

Surprised this series didn't seem to take off
I picked up one of the Rubbadubbers dvds in a discount bin at a Wal-mart for like $5 and my 2-year old daughter really liked it. I looked on tv and it seems that the show is no longer on. I guess it didn't do too well and I think they've already cancelled it. Anyway, I went ahead and bought all the other available dvds of the show for her and she enjoys them quite a bit.
