I was a return customer and left many positive feedbacks for this shop because this seller had great sewing patterns that I bought for my personal collection. I purchased a pattern with $11 shipping and asked if she could ship First Class/Ground advantage instead and refund the residual amount back to my order because I didn't need the pattern shipped Priority. I went to buy the pattern and just pay the full $11 shipping, but she had blocked me from her shop. ??? ??? ???

I didn't add that the seller Canceled my order and then blocked me from her shop so I couldn't simply just buy the pattern back with the $11 dollars shipping. If I knew the $11 dollars meant I could still have the pattern sent to me I wouldn't have asked for a cheaper shipping. ???????

You had messaged telling us how to ship our item and the refund you expected. We replied that we use USPS Priority which is listed in our listing. Having brought from us before you aware this how we ship plus it was in our listing. We asked you that if that was not acceptable to let us know and we would cancel the order. You then told us how to package our item and to use a different method of shipping. So we canceled the ordered and did not want any further problems and blocked you.
