The seller was very sweet. Unfortunately, when I picked up the box from my doorstep, with the temperature at 7 degrees F., I could hear glass rattling. The bowl had broken in transit (see photo). I imagine the extremely cold weather was a factor. I don't think it's anyone's fault. I've ordered many pieces of glass from ebay, and this seemed to be as well wrapped as any. I count myself lucky that only (this) one broke in shipping.
