Spent $4k on a new Omega watch. the omega watch box arrived damaged, and the watch was never sent to an authenticator as advertised. attempted to contact the seller but they were poor and delayed on communication from their end. They offered me $50 for the inconvenience and they claimed that they don't authenticate international shipments ( this was not an international shipment as they claimed) this is false advertisement and i now question if my watch is real..

Unfortunately, eBay doesn't authenticate watches that ship to PO boxes as it's shipped with USPS. The buyer accepted the $50 refund instead of us exchanging the box USPS damaged.
