I reached out to the seller multiple times and no response. Mind you this seller didn't mind contacting me in the beginning when payment wasn't automatically applied however, payment was submitted promptly on my behalf. I NEVER received the item that I purchased; they are yet to respond to anything. This obviously slowed down the refund process and I had to make other arrangements and tie up more funds to purchase another one while I wait on eBay to release my refund.

    70% of the ink was missing

    Sorry guys but when I placed the ink cartridge in my printer it reported that the in was already at 70% use it. and the color Magenta was missing. It can only print Yellows and Blues. what a way to spend $16.00 Had to go to Walmart spend 2x as much for the cartridge which by the way it took long to get
