Seller was communicative when there were delays in shipping. When the turntable arrived, it was packaged incredibly well and each individual component was secured. Item was exactly as described/pictured in reference photos. The tonearm needs a a small amount of fine-tuning (completely understandable as the tt was shipped from Japan to a different continent) as the downward motion is stutters slightly. Not the seller's fault.

The item arrived in good shape physically. It was packed extremely well and the condition was as advertised. Unfortunatley, the turntable wouldn't play correctly. I contacted the seller and received a prompt answer advising they would pay for repair. I found a local technician and he made the proper repairs. Notified the seller and was reimubursed for the repairs. The unit now sounds fantastic. This seller is highly reputable. I would use again and recommend
