The CD was listed as "Like New" condition. When I opened the package right away noticed the case is pretty weathered, far from new. Thinking OK well then hopefully the CD itself is in like new condition. Nope, it is as far from like new as can be. I will have to get it resurfaced before ripping it because there is no way any disk drive could read it without error. Could have been honest and charged what it was worth, a few dollars if that. The honest condition is below "Acceptable".
